GALA
GALA. Green Art Lab Alliance
GALA’s intention was to make the concept of durability a point of focus of cultural institutes throughout Europe. Germany and England are pioneering countries when it comes to cultural institutes taking accountability. Gala incites European partners such as Julie’s Bicycle, Tipping Point, Cape Farewell, Swedish Exhibition Agency to investigate and disseminate current concepts such as innovation, good practice and accumulating knowledge. Together with DutchCulture | TransArtists, the project’s initiator, the Van Eyck and its Dutch partners will take on the task of disseminating the results in the Netherlands. After the symposium More than Double Glazing in the autumn of 2014, the GALA project was finalized.
